Yall can improve by first getting the size chart conversion correct. I reached out to them because I purchased multiple shoes. A size Euro 35= a size 4.5-5 US and a size euro 36= 5.5-6 US. I ordered multiple size 5 US and I e pair in a size 6 US but all the shoes I received were all a size bigger. They are trying to tell me that’s how the size converts are if you order a 5 US it’ll be a euro 36. (NOT)They don’t even know the right conversions. I’ve reached out to them a couple times already and they only respond once. How am I supposed to wear a shoe that is 2 size bigger than my feet. On one of the pair I ordered a size 6 and I know u got it in a 7 because it was huge and a real size 6 wouldn’t be that big. The 5 I ordered is even big on my feet. I was trying to figure out a solution but I assume they don’t give a crap. Never ordering from them again and this will definitely be out on social media. Oh I forgot to mentioned that they updated their website about the sizes. It used to be 5(US), 6 (US) so now they show you the size of why size your shoes are cv
